Mack Cat’s humble beginnings started back in 2011 when a local Servpro Franchise asked us to send out some laborers for a large water loss. We soon realized that local restoration contractors maintained a small internal workforce and when they received a large project or became busy during the winter months they did not have adequate staff to support their clients and projects thus many finding themselves turning down jobs and losing potential revenue. Over the years we learned the different aspects of the industry from water & fire demolition, drying and dehumidification procedures, content removal & restoration to catastrophic storm response with Super Storm Sandy in 2012. We would be lying if we did not have our share of mistakes however, we dedicated ourselves to our craft and learned from our mistakes. We listened to our clients, educated ourselves and worked extremely hard at providing a qualified reliable workforce that not only exceeded the expectations of our clients but added that level of comfort to their clients during a traumatic event. We are proud of who we are and what we have become. We value every client large or small and welcome the opportunity to service the needs of the industry and community for years to come.

We believe our growth and success depends of client satisfaction. In all cases, the level of service we provide must be of the highest caliber.
